2. Our privacy approach

Lowcost VPN is designed to minimize data collection. We do not collect or keep VPN activity logs. We do not monitor what you do online through the VPN, and we do not build profiles based on your VPN usage. We keep only the limited information that is necessary to provide the service, manage subscriptions, and comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

3. What we do not collect or keep as VPN activity data

We do not collect, store, use, or share logs of your VPN activity, including:

• websites you visit;
• DNS queries;
• contents of your network traffic;
• destination IP addresses;
• connection session logs;
• VPN usage activity linked to specific browsing or app activity;
• records of online activity associated with an identified user;
• persistent logs linking a user to specific VPN traffic.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose VPN activity data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We cannot hand over VPN activity logs that we do not keep.

4. What we collect and keep

We keep only the minimum information necessary to operate the service. This may include:

• subscription and payment status information, order identifiers, and related billing records received from app stores or payment processors;
• technical credentials and configuration data necessary to provide VPN access, such as keys and related service provisioning records;
• limited internal identifiers necessary to associate an active subscription with service access.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. How we use the limited information we keep

We use the limited information described above only to:

• provide and maintain the VPN service;
• activate, manage, and verify subscriptions;
• issue, maintain, rotate, or remove VPN access credentials;
• handle refunds, billing issues, and customer support when necessary;

We do not sell personal data. We do not share VPN activity data, because we do not keep it.

Limited billing or subscription-related information may be processed by app stores, payment processors, accountants, hosting providers, or other service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, maintain business records, or comply with law.

8. Data retention

VPN access credentials, keys, and related service provisioning data are kept only while needed to provide the service and are deleted within 1 month after the end of the paid service period.

Subscription and billing data are also kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for service administration, refunds, dispute handling, and account management, except where a longer retention period is required by applicable law, especially tax, accounting, or invoicing rules.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we keep. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
